My healing space is situated in a magical oasis, next to the Santa Fe River at 1519 Upper Canyon Road. I believe I serve you best when you have my undivided attention, so I treat only one patient at a time.

Each session is personalized to your needs, combining traditional acupuncture with the listed below complementary healing modalities.

Initial Intake Session

Comprehensive assessment including health history, 5 Element evaluation, treatment, herbal consultation, dietary guidance and sound therapy. (Possibilities listed below as to what may best serve you.) Time of session will depend on the complexity of your health. Please print out and complete the intake form and the consent form as this will save our time together.

Follow-up Sessions

Ongoing treatments with check-ins, adjustments to your treatment plan, and continued support for your healing journey. Various healing tools listed at bottom of page.

Gentle, subtle technique perfect for those who are nervous about needles. Blair does not believe needling should ever be painful.

Herbal Medicine Consultation

Custom herbal formulas and supplement recommendations (additional cost)

Lifestyle & Dietary Guidance

“Food is Medicine”​ – specific foods recommended to balance your constitution. Each may receive charts with specific foods highlighted to offer daily support with your meal planning.

Therapeutic Essential Oils (additional cost)

Custom blends created to then be applied to acupuncture points and offer a take-home needle-free treatment to support your healing journey.

Sound Therapy

Tuning forks activated on acupoints to soothe the nervous system and release tension. Blair will activate a gentle sound bath with crystal and Tibetan bowls as you relax on the table.

Micro-current for Pain

Gentle electrical current applied to needles to reduce inflammation and pain

Cupping

Suction cups applied to areas of tension to release muscle fascia.

Stone Medicine

Choose crystals and stones that you are drawn to that offer their own healing resonance. Blair will place them on acupuncture points to enhance your treatment. Daoists honored these vibrational allies hundreds of years ago.
